1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or purchasing from KCSHOP, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. NATURE OF PRODUCTS

We sell digital products, specifically access to digital accounts (e.g., gaming, VOD, software). These products are delivered electronically. Due to the digital nature of our goods, all sales are final once the product has been delivered, subject to our Warranty policy.

3. DELIVERY

Upon successful payment, product details (login credentials) will be sent automatically to the e-mail address provided during checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid e-mail address and check their spam/promotions folders.

4. ACCOUNT USAGE & RESTRICTIONS

a) Shared Accounts: If you purchase a shared account, you are strictly prohibited from changing the account's password, e-mail, profile names, or billing information. You may only use the account on the number of devices specified in the product description (usually one).

b) Private Accounts: If you purchase a private account with full ownership, you are encouraged to change the password immediately upon receipt.

Violation of these usage rules, especially modifying shared account details, will result in an immediate permanent ban and voiding of your warranty without refund.

5. WARRANTY & REPLACEMENTS

We offer a specific warranty period for our accounts, which is stated on each product page. If an account stops working within this period through no fault of the buyer, KCSHOP] will provide a replacement account. To claim a replacement, you must contact our support team with your order number.

6. REFUNDS

Under consumer protection laws regarding digital content, the right of withdrawal expires once the digital goods have been delivered. We do not offer refunds for "buyer's remorse." Refunds are only issued if we are entirely unable to provide a working replacement for a faulty account covered under warranty.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

KCSHOP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the brands, platforms, or services for which we sell access. We are not responsible for any platform-wide updates or changes by the original service providers that may affect account functionality, though we will do our best to assist you within your warranty period.
